Great ownership experience in the heart of San Antonio. Dealership and waiting area are clean and have a nice waiting area. Good selection of snacks and drinks.

Great service We spent the weekend car shopping all over the place, but nobody was as helpful & friendly as Ralph Mancanes. His way of going above & beyond made us decide to go with Mercedes Benz of San Antonio. He made us feel appreciated for our interest, took the time to answer all our questions, and followed up with us along the way. An experience like no other. Thank you for making us feel like family.

5 stars On my November 16, 2021 service visit I requested that Tyler Jordan do the service on my car. He did an excellent job especially in making me feel like "I was a very important customer". Cory Blocker was to do my service that day but I DID NOT WANT CORY because when I went to MB of Sa on Thursday November 11, 2021 he treated me very disrespectful and told me he did not have time to do a safety inspection etc, etc. I want a Service Manager to contact me to discuss my experience with Cory Blocker on Nov 11th .
