Awesome Service Department Experience! My service advisor, Francisco is simply the best. The is my 2nd time taking my vehicle to him and he's always courteous, professional and truly cares about customer satisfaction. He immediately scheduled my appointment and had someone call me about a loaner. I will never take my GLC to any other MB service department so as long as he's there. Great job Francisco!
