First Experience at Mercedes Benz of San Antonio All the staff that I encountered during my visit were very polite, friendly and professional. While traveling from Houston to San Antonio, I got a flat tire. The parts representative did an awesome job checking inventory and ensuring the tires I needed were in stock. Tyler Jordan was great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough.

Great dealership in San Antonio, Texas Excellent customer service. In particular, Louis Garcia is wonderful, and this is the third S-class we buy through Louis. The finance director, Russell Frier, was also a pleasure, and our car was delivered to our Austin home by Matthew Malacara who did an excellent job. I cannot imagine working with any other dealership than MBofSA.

Bad pickup experience The service advisor is amazing. He is a good communicator and I trust him. The rest of the experience was a complete disaster. Would never recommend for service.
