I did not purchase a vehicle with them but they did a great job following up and did not overdo it with contacting me.
Our experience with this dealership was good although somewhat time consuming....buying a car always is. They were attentive and responsive to our needs and we are happy with our purchase.

Car is listed for sale but within 5 minutes of arrival we were informed that the car had a recall on it and could not be sold. Plus, no scheduled repair of the recall as there are no parts. What kind of dealership lists a car for sale that can't be sold? I don't know if this is an attempted Bait & Switch, the salesman did try to show us other cars.
I felt like they only wanted to show me this car and refused to show me any other cars they had for sale. When I decided to buy the car, they also lied to that the car had all seasonal tires when it really had summer performance tires. I had the sales person check and his manager insisted that they were all seasonals as well. Very disappointed as now I have to spend more money on new tires so I can drive the car in the snow. Very responsive.
Emailed an offer to buy a C300 in the evening. Called the next day at 2pm since I had not heard back on my offer. Learned they had sold the car at 1pm. Had the exact same experience a couple days later on a second car at the same dealership. On the call about the second car, I shared exactly what we were looking for- have never heard back from that dealer.
