The best car buying experience I ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.
Bait and switch, drove 3 hours listened to 45 mins of the history of dealership, herb chambers, and the journey of the salesman that wound up there- and them- found ot that the car had already been sold (if that car was ever even there, think they put it online to get people in and then try to sell them something different) Throughly not impressed with the experience and will not do it again, will find a place much closer to home next time.

I was very pleased with the whole team and ended up buying this car. And I love it! My salesman Francisco was extremely professional and helpful and it was a pleasure working with the entire team at Mercedes_Benz of Natick.
Not tentative. Sales person who took me on a test drive was on his phone the whole time, made zero attempt to try and sell me the car.
