All the people I spoke with from my initial inquiry were courteous , helpful and responsive. We couldn't agree on price and then they stated it was sold. That's fine, there is always another one out there. !

The dealership facility is not as nice as some others I've seen, but they sprang into action, called me back and found the car I wanted AND they negotiated where I needed them to.
Dealer called said car was still available I made an appointment to come see then day of appointment I called to confirm appointment and they told me they sent the car to auction
After selecting the car that I was primarily interested in I received a call from Elyse at the dealership. She answered all the questions about the car and promised to send over all supporting documents and pictures so that I could make an informed decision. I received the information requested in record time and set an appointment to view and test drive.
