I bought a Mercedes it’s been in the repair shop for three weeks now. I have not had the car 6 months. We want a FREE extended warranty as the car was sold to us with an issue. They told us we could PURCHASE an extended warranty. I asked to speak to the sales manager he was very rude and condescending.

Sales and service are second to none!
My 2010 Smart was in for a transmission issue 3 weeks ago. At that time, I also said it wouldn't start. So 2 issues at one time. They fixed the transmission issue BUT NEVER DID A FULL INSPECTION. Only 1 item on inspection report was checked. Fast forward, now the car won't start again. Now, it's back in with a $600 battery cable issue that should have shown up on an inspection report if they had bothered to complete it the first time. I'm not one of your wealthy Mercedes customers, but I expected better from you.
