Bought a vehicle from them and purchased bumper to bumper extended warranty, maintenance free program (very expensive). We sold the vehicle a number of months ago and have not been able to get our balance back from the plan. It is a refundable program with equity from plan. When we requested our remaining balance, it has been delayed. We reached out to several people , we have even contacted the GM. Still nothing. The staff, including the GM, completely rude. Exceptional service when buying but they do not give good valuation of their own cars. We bought a Mercedes 10 months ago and when we took it back to them for valuation they quoted us less than other dealership. After asking them to beat other dealership offer we were offered just $100 more which is kind of shameful for such a premium dealership. Just felt little let down as when we bought the car the service was superb and expected similar experience while selling the car back.

I would never recommend this dealership. I would particularly avoid Don Laporte. He is the most unprofessional and insulting salesperson I have met.
