RecommendedEverything regarding my service work was performed perfectly
2 stars because of clean facilities and most staff are nice. However, comparing to other dealerships, this one is so mean, only coffee, water and very limited number of fresh baked cookies provided before Covid. BMW is more kids friendly with free drawing kits, snacks, fruit, pastries. Acura, BMW, Subaru... also more welcoming in the guest waiting area. Some other Mercedes dealerships offer free car wash upon request. BMW Valencia do the same thing. This dealership offer it only after car service.

RecommendedVery easy, staff here is awesome friendly and wear masks. Lounge is outdoors and WiFi is free as you wait for your vehicle! I feel like my sprinter is cared for !
RecommendedThe staff is always polite and cordial. How ever, I had service done and was told it would take an Hour and a half. It took 3 hours!! I didn't have the Luxury of someone picking me up and they do not offer shuttle service due to covid.
