Friendly customer service, however diagnosis was not what was requested and very questionable in legitimacy when taken to another certified MB mechanic for second opinion.

My wife and I are extremely upset with our experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Houston. We purchased a Red 2017 Mercedes C63 S convertible. Less than a week after purchasing this vehicle, we noticed a loud thumping noise coming from under the car when pulling in and backing out of our driveway. I am very confused about my service. I went in for a tire rotation and the service couldn't be done because my front springs were bad. When I asked if it was a safety issue they said no but when they emailed me my needed service it now is a service issue. I had them repair los leak in my tire the same tire still Is leaking
