Purchased vehicle at this dealership and they greatly inconvenienced me by not allowing me to wait til next day to empty trade in vehicle so sales person could get bonus. Then when I later notified sales person several times that I’d not received new plates and temporary was about to expire, he said he’d take care of but failed to do anything after multiple contacts, too busy selling cars. Buy elsewhere.

I will literally NEVER buy another car from Mercedes-Benz of Tucson. I am so disgusted with the service I have received. They said my fuel tank was “eaten by pack rats” to refuse my factory warranty. I have parked in the same spot for 4 years and have never had pack rats, nor have the people that park next to me. I plan on taking my car to a real dealership to be fixed and I am more than positive Mercedes sold me a bad car. Do not go to this dealer for work on your sprinter rv. I was having issues with the rv not starting. I was given an estimate of $3,000 to replace the EIS, battery, k110 relay for adblue control unit, maintenance. I had them replace the battery and the relay to the tune of $879. Two days later I was stranded on I-90 East late afternoon when the engine just stopped 16 miles outside of Buffalo, WY....
