I would absolutely recommend Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. Normally I get great service, but not this time. I had to wait four days for my car to be fixed. Everyday I called, they said it would be another day because they were waiting on parts. I understand that they had to wait for the part, but they should have level set my expectation right from the beginning. Also when I picked up my car, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. That was disappointing. Maybe my expectations were too high.
I have my car serviced there and they are very accommodating! I would recommend them to any one Would wants to service their Mercedes!
By far, the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Couldn’t have worked with two better people. Barry and Ryan made this experience absolutely amazing. From our first contact, to test driving, to the trade in, to the purchase...10/10. This is our first Mercedes and after this experience, wont be the last. Looking forward to dealing with these two again when it’s time to lease again.
