I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz North Olmsted from the first time and moment I walked in. I told the salesman Barry I had just started looking and wasn’t planning on buying that day. Bought a used car and ended up having to put 4000$ in to it with in a month would not recommend them at all !! brought my car in three times and couldn’t find the issue took my car to another place they found the issue with in an hour an I didn’t have to spend 350$ to get it scanned like they said I needed to do to find the problem the management and service department are a joke and who ever details there cars needs to be fired a blind person could have done a better job !!
