Need to get some tires replaced on my car called him the day that I got my tires and they were able to see me the same day to have them placed minimal wait time.
Not impressed and don’t feel confident In their maintenance team !!Every time I have car serviced at North OLMSTED location, I end up back within a week for something else. Had brake pads on front replaced and now front left tire exploded in middle of rush hour traffic while on I480. My life was in danger.. literally!!!
The Service Department at MBNO is The Best! Once the car is purchased you gotta appreciate a fabulous Service Department that helps you maintain that beautiful car. I highly recommend Ryan Frick and his amazing team. They are dedicated and they care. Jack MCGinty is very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He always makes the drop off and pick up easy and fast.
