They dont know their butt from a hole in the wall. Bought 2 cars there at once with promise of things to be fixed. Malibu is there for the 3rd time due to lack of knowledge. Twice now they have no record of service appointment. Leave messages for Jack in service, he intentionally calls back a different number then is left on the message. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Leased two cars from them. Couldn’t come to an agreement on a 3rd one. I asked about 8 times for my turn in date and the salesperson refused to give it to me. I sent over a built out model from MBUSA.com, and the salesperson said “thanks for the email” instead of giving me a price, and never addressed it again. Also as stupid as this was on my part, I didn’t read the second lease I signed with them, and had never noticed that they lowered my mileage from 36,000 on my first lease to 30,000 on my second lease, and I got hit wi... read more
