Very good service answering call and flow up
Horrible experience , I ordered a g wagon from this Establishment over a year and a half ago , I was supposed to get the car back in November 2020 , they kept Delaying my order for 8 month finally I get a call from the Sales manager my truck has arrived , I started my travel to this Establishment this morning from ny , half way there I get a call from the vp by the name of Matt ******to turn back because they sold my car for 50k over sticker , how can this be legal . I’ve dealt with a ton of dealerships/ pushy salespeople. The culture at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted is just different. I bought an amazing car, at an amazing price and had to do little to no work. The sales guy I had was incredible, and the finance guy was also incredible. I will buy from this dealer every opportunity I can.
