Thank you to Cody and Nicole for taking care of me when I got a flat tire! They took care of me when I dropped my car off in the morning before work! I was planning to grab an Uber to get to my office, but they found be a vehicle to use! Cody also was extremely accommodating at the end of the day to switch the cars out! I never doubt the quality of the service that I’m getting from Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted!

Made a call to MB Preowned to mount some low profile tires on my bmw 335. So many places turned me down because they couldn’t do it, but Bryant in service got me in within a week and helped me do a night drop. Car was ready to go by the afternoon the next day, clean, and perfect tire pressures. Also got text updates from Bryant which was very convenient. A great experience, I’ll definitely be coming back

Bryant was a huge help this week getting the part I needed, and setting up another appointment to come back. It was also a pleasure to see that my salesman Mike F was still working there 15 months after my sale.
