The dealer contact was very quick and very professional. They had sold a car we were looking at but offered other options very quickly. In the end we went a different direction with another MB dealer but would definitely recommend this one for future transactions
This dealer doesnât even deserve 1 star, When I was dealing with Anna everything was fine, she did everything I asked for. The problem came about when I was transferred over to Genti. I agreed on a price with Anna, I had it in writing, now Genti who claims heâs a âmangerâ (heâs not look on the their website) comes in with a high pressure sales tactic tryâs to hack up the price. I thought the sales person to be helpful, but I did not perceive the value for this car at plus $40k,
Deceptive Advertising. The dealership has a vehicle listed on Autotrader for $109K, however when you call, that's when they let you know there is a $40K dealer markup. Completely unethical and false advertising. People need to remember this kind of behavior when inventories start to return to normal levels. No one should ever do business with anyone that operates like this.
