So far the only problems that I have encountered is the parking. Opened parking on upper level, now closed. Pan handlers in parking lot and in the hallways begging for money. I haven't see or felt the presence of the VA police in over a year. Would love to have their presence seen. Even was treatened in parking lot after I wouldn't give a pan handler money
You have one of your employees Katrina Xyz aka Katrina Gomez threatening disabled Veterans with affecting their medical treatment on facebook. Threatened violence if they met him in the hall.
They never answer the phone and are always rude. I have an appointment this morning that I cannot make it to because of the weather but yet they will not answer the phone. I have received services from VA centers from different areas and this is by far the worst one I have been to. The attitude that they have towards veterans is pathetic!

Great service, clean, excellent staff and doctors!!!!
Made the 1/4 mile walk from the parking lot to the eye clinic, service was fair people were nice. Where are the VA police why do we have panhandling in the V.A. This is the second time I've been hit up for money. Today it was a crack head female. I watched her come in the eye clinic and check every door and then fall a sleep. When I left she was at the exit wanting money. Crap like that needs to go. I haven't seen VA police in a couple years. I sure could have used a ride in one of those golf carts you used to have.
Worst VA ER I have EVER been to! I feel whole heartedly for the Veterans in the Memphis, Tennessee area. Your robbing these poor Veterans of what short life they have by making them wait HOURS to be treated.
