Recommendedthe medical services are find with me, been there for dental service and the cardiologist has worked wonders for me .
Overall my experiences at the Memphis VA has been positive! The personnel I have interacted with are usually courteous and helpful. The parking is not the greatest but the valet service is helpful. The VA police officers I have encountered were polite and very helpful. The phone system is a nightmare. I have called some departments and the phone just rings and rings.
I am employee of this facility, and veteran who gets treated here and the service is excellent.
Can't find a soul to answer the Dental.....no matter what time you call
Very well trained staff. Very Nice People. You come across one or two clowns that still think that they are in Service and you need to kiss their feet for them; but other than that great hospital.
they have always done a great job for me, a female vet and NY veteran brother was just saved by them.
The staff has made big changes and they're clearly working to address past concerns. I get great care here and appreciate the improvements.
The staff is okay! But the parking is horrible! I love the service!
