Operators indifferent to your questions. NO response from Advocates, No one seems to be aware of any programs. 0 flexibility on appointments 45 days out. More concerned with stats than patient health.

My brother has been medically neglected since last year by your facility and his primary VA physician. Your lack of treatment and care has now caused him to become disabled and lose his job as a registered nurse. And guess what?? He still cannot get the care he desperately needs.
The VA needs a race education class to include matters and respect of customers who walk up to their desk. They only have a job because of us and Time after Time we stand at desk and don’t get knowledged that we are there. And the TV’s are there for Our benefits not your so you can watch CNN and Oprah. I have been told not to turn the channel on second floor clinic , with a sign not to turn channel
Just wanted to thank the Veterans Police for helping me today when I locked my keys in the vehicle. Also thanks to the front desk for letting me know that they could do this for me and calling them for me. They were there and done in no time.
Great service from the valets to the surgical staff !! Everyone and I mean everyone was polite and courteous !!! I had two vertebrae replaced , I sore but no more pain !!! GOD be praised!! Thank You
