I been calling for two days now with a hour and a half on the phone yesterday to be told the system is down, just trying to get my status active to activate Tri-West. I been on the phone already thirty five minutes to get transferred five times to get a phone number from Tri-West to call to have a answering machine to tell me my call will be answered in thirty minutes!!!!!!
Congratulations on maintaining your status as a 1 star VA hospital!!! Yet the same fools who have made it SUCK, think they can make it better! Einstein calls that insanity!
worst customer service, employees are rude, distrespectful to veterans, and nobody ever answers the phone!! Veteran care has gone down the tubes!!
Every person in this hospital is fantastic. From the cooks to the senior staff , each and everyone of these people are kind and respectful. The nurses and staff on the 4th floor are the nicest, considerate hard working group of people I have ever met in a hospital. They are by no means lazy and uncaring , on the contrary they have hearts and feelings .
