I have been on hold now for exactly 1 hour at the nursing station on the floor where my veteran has been admitted and still have not had a single person come back to the call or tell me he's even been seen by the provider yet. we are two and a half hours away from where he is now I didn't want him to go to Memphis because of the distance and yet there he is and they won't answer the phone.
Close it down and start from scratch!
I have tried to find out who my new primary care dr is but all I get is like 6 numbers that you leave a message with and they never get back with you.
I recommend that the medical center continues to reach out to the Government and other committed administrators for further improvements in keeping Our Service members health needs first. Awesome job. Keep up the good work.
Open the parking lot back up while the garage is being built. Valet is a nice idea but has been implemented TERRIBLY. Almost the whole lot is closed off to valet but there are always so many open spots in the valet only section. Not everyone wants to use valet. Also, the mental health department needs nicer, more competent receptionists. Ones that can at least explain how things work. I just need my meds refilled but you want me to sit and wait for over 2 hours as a walk in. For what? Just refill my medication. I don't know ... read more
I have been trying to reach Community care Services for the past hour or longer,I have been bounced around to everyone except the Director of VAMC and I strongly feel he should be fired,he's not doing a good job VamcMemphis is still ranked 1 the lowest you can get.
They care for vets. that is very neccessary.
