They wanted me to stay in this room for the weekend for me to wait for a heart stress test. I could go home and they could do my stress test Monday. What is the difference in me going home and coming back as an out patient to have the test done Monday. But in order for me to have the test done Monday they want me to stay in this in sanitize room. Community Care customer service is horrible. Called patient advocate to get help and his VM is full and he never answers. I try and use the VA injuries from active duty and I get the run around. Community care on hold by MRI guy that answered decided to transfer me back to community care. I have paid out of pocket for things the VA should pay more but no one wants to do their job. If anyone has any advice to get help please DM.
wish these veterans could get Healthcare services like at other VA's. My husband primary is in Alexandria LA and the Drs, nurses and staff are so friendly and patient. here is total opposite. guess thats why the one he goes to has at least a 4.0 rating and this place has 2.9 on Google! big difference.

I understand Hipaa rules as I work in the medical field as well. Even though night shift nurses have confirmed with a patient that I’m allowed to contact him regarding status changes, to which I did with no problem. They also ,supposedly noted this information in his chart. Then just a couple hours later, day shift wants to tell me that they can’t even tell me that the patient is even there, or let me know how the patient is doing. That night nurses should never have released information to me over the phone. Really!!??

I have earned benefits. I keep falling through the cracks with this VA. I scheduled appointment in May 2020 to see a primary doctor, and has been cancelled 5 times. good luck getting in to see a doctor
