The drs are informative a lil soon in appt time but the lady who does hoptel NEEEDS to be replaced she is the rudest most hateFul person I have met in my 51 years she acts as tho you are literally in her home trying to sleep in her bed !! I mean when you are sick and have traveled a long way all you want to do is rest . Is it a common practice that someone from the hospital to call you and not leave a message if you missed the call? It's a serious problem in that an entry is made in the system that an attempt was made to contact you and eventually your case is closed. Service at the hospital is great, communication is the issue. I given a primary and secondary number, but the latter is never used
