I phoned for a quote on a piece of jewellery to be made and was told to come into the shop to discuss. When I arrived, I was asked a few questions and then told to just email instead (which I could have done in the first place). I never heard anything back afterwards — a complete waste of time.
Richard did a wonderful job of turning an old family brooch into 2 pairs of ear-rings and a bracelet for my wedding day. The quality of the work and the very fair price were just amazing. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. Truly a master jeweller. Highly recommend.
