First of all I believe the majority of these positive reviews are completely fake and created by their sales and support departments as they ignore our emails, calls, and cries for help... MegaPath is complete and utter trash. They took over a month to respond after not providing the speed we were contracted. I had to track down and bother multiple people just to get a contract revision after MegaPath failed to deliver the speed they had contracted with me. I have been ordering service with Megapath since it took over Covad. They deliver a consistently good product with good customer support and good technical support. My account rep is always on top of my crises, for which I am thankful. I would recommend Megapath to other companies without hesitation.
I have been a Megapath partner for almost 10 years. we have used them for VOIP and internet service for our customers throughout the U.S. We've been very fortunate to have a great account manager and access to the correct people that have made things happen in locations where connectivity was difficult. We only recommend Megapath to our customers for internet access especially for enterprise customers. Pricing is competitive and consistent. Support is exceptional, especially at level 2

Mega Path is a good partner to have. It can be frustrating working one step removed from the primary carrier, but if you get a good Mega Path Representative then the relationship can be positive. I have found in some cases their prices can actually be more competitive then going direct. The VoIP service they provide offers a seamless and reliable way to keep in touch with our sales team, field employees, and customers. The system integrates well with our cell phone as well, so that we can always make sure we are available to take calls, and ensure we do not lose any business.
