Megapath was the service provider at the company when I started there. We've had a few issues with our service, but they were fast to respond and usually fixed our problems quickly. Our account rep Daniel Ponsay has been very helpful in resolving our issues as well as scheduling the installation of our new T1 line coming in. Overall it's been a good experience working with Him.
MegaPath was selected vendor on my company before I started working for them. I did not know the quality of the services that they provide until we had a mayor issue with our internal network and it was necessary MegaPath support. The customer service was great and they provided the replacement equipment in less that 24 hours. Nicholas Albano has been an excellent Account Manager giving us the best recommendations for our needs and he is always available to respond technical questions.
I had the pleasure to work with Nicholas Albano at Megapath. We were moving offices and I have a very limited telecom background. Nicholas walked me through all the details thoroughly from Day 1. Our account manager Nick Albano has been awesome! Anytime when we have some hiccups or issues, he gets it resolved very quickly. A few days ago we had a hiccup with a number being ported over from another provider as our new hunt group number.,Granted I didn't follow through correctly after the number porting was completed, which then caused issues of the number appeared to be "not in service". We just found out that for the last 5 months, our bill was being paid by a company across the country. We made no changes to our account, but the credit card number on auto pay changed and we received no notice. We kept getting confirmation e-mails of our payment and they kept going into our paid bills folder so that our accountant could review them come tax time. We had VoIP service with Covad. Megapath took over Covad so we became Megapath customers for VoIP only. We do not have data services of any kind, only hosted voice. Initially almost a decade ago our VoIP was a bit shakey with Covad but ironed out within a year or two. After that service was reasonable and service great. Megapath basically resells internet service, and provides single point of contact for ease of communication and account management. We have been fortunate to work with some good account managers, who schedule installs, provide the technical information, follow-up with technicians on difficult issues, push for delivery dates, and offer consolidated billing. Performs as advertised in our case.
We have used MegaPath services at Le Pain Quotidien and have been extremely happy with the level of support from our account management team, especially YK, LH, CM, and KM I would definitely recommend taking a look at megapath services. Their MPLS offering is top notch.
Worked with an amazing rep by the name of Sheila Beckett. She is awesome. Service is great and have not experienced any down time!
