Spoke with an account rep (Heidi Rennewitz) more than 3 weeks ago about securing services at our new location, but never received any communication beyond the initial phone call. The rep never responded to follow up requests via email, nor did she ever answer her phone. Not even a prompt to speak with another rep. Given the other responses here on sales and support issues, we would not recommend MP as a reliable resource.
Daniel's service was outstanding. He is knowledgeable, patient and followed-up with me until the job got done or the issue was resolved. Daniel is still assisting me with the completion of a new T1 installation. I am very satisfied so far with Daniel's service. I am confident that as long as Daniel services our account, we will get the support we need.
Our growing business needed a new phone system and MegaPath has been great to work with. From the beginning our Project Manager was awesome at setting up our entire system and getting it up and running. Now anytime we have issues or question regarding our system, EVERY Voice Operations employee we speak with is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to work with; they have worked hard to answer or fix any issues we have. This company is the way to go!!!
Thank you Daniel Ponsay! We've had a few changes to our account and he has been gracious and very patient with me as our company does not have IT staff in house. The tech support team has also been wonderful in guiding us with various changes we've had to make with our Voice Portal.
Code appreciates Daniel Ponsay and the work he put in to add a couple of new phones. Great customer service and it's nice to have a point of contact from our provider.
Frances Lozada our account manager has been very helpful in resolving our broadband issue. I've dealt with other service account manager but I can assure you she's been on top of the issue and I can tell she's a Rock Star!
MegaPath was very diligent and timely with our Business cable order. Megapath's Project Management team kept us informed and up to date on the necessary TWC build process, installation time frame, completion date of build and provided exemplary customer service and technical support throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with our MegaPath experience!
I've been with MegaPath for a number of years now. Ever since they took over from AT&T (w/ a little Covad in between.) Their Customer Service is usually great and last I year I needed a Tech to come out and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Every now and then I will get a CS rep that is difficult to communicate with and/or is pushing a sales agenda. My experience with Megapath started after they acquired our local provider, IP5280. Lots of frustration with the integration of their systems, and dealing with the customer service organization. The only reason I did not take our business elsewhere when our contract was up for renewal was Nicholas Albano, who has become my go-to guy when we need to actually get something resolved. Still not thrilled with Megapath overall, but having Nick there is the saving grace.
