Long-story-short, our voice and internet line went down over the night. After we did the usual plugging and unplugging and the power-cycling to no effect, we called their costumer service to help us out. The representative was cordial and gave leeway to our tech-unsavyness, which is always appreciated. The representative helped us step-by-step and found out that it was on their end that was causing it, so they did what they had to do and got our voice and internet line back. We're using MegaPath at one of our sales and service shops. Even though we are in a technology black hole, and wireless internet is our only option, the VoIP phone system is working awesome! Running on a 6/6 Mbp/s connection and 7 phones we haven't had any issues with call quality or dropped calls. I came here looking for some Spice head reviews for Mega, but it seems that all the 4+ reviews might actually be fake or paid. At the very least they are suspect considering they give full names of reps and are the users ONLY review. Leaving my rating at 1 star for now.

I have been a new account holder and so far I've had good and bad issues. At first the service took forever to be installed. Then once the service was installed I was so unhappy with the speed it was unbearable. Then I was told that I should have never been offered that speed based on the type of traffic that I was conducting online and also with the number of phone lines and equipment. We have used Megapath for two years now and the ethernet and voip works ok once you get up and running. But their customer service is horrible, they never get things right. They have not deliver the correct product on schedule and over charge the services. I'm still correcting their billing even after several months of service change. I wish I didn't signed the 3 years contract with them.

We are a new customer with Megapath for internet backup services. I have been working with Alondra. Alondra is very knowledgeable and organized. Megapath has done a great job keeping me informed on installation and construction at multiple locations. Thank you, Alondra.
