We are a small architectural firm with 15 employees and our phones are one of our most important tools. We needed to save money, but maintain all of the features a large company has as far as telecommunications resources are concerned. Megapath helped us with both, we saved money over our traditional phone service including eliminating our PBX technician costs and we ended up with state of the art telecommunications features.

Terrible support. Often you are connected to outsourced rep who you can barely understand. There are a couple of technicians who know what they are doing, but its almost impossible to reach them. They are buying some of the service from XO, so it takes a really long time to get things fixed. Takes forever until they'd create a ticket with XO.

We have used both SIP service as well as fully hosted PBX service from Megapath without any significant issues. Getting started was easy, and the initial sales and set-up call was painless. Sales rep was attentive and we had our phone system up and running in no time. Uptime has not been an issue for our Megapath service, would recommend it to other medium size businesses that rely on phone service.

Lies Lies Lies Lies Lies. I agree with Chris T , MegaShit lies about everything . I wished Yelp had minus stars, I would give MegaPath -26325634 stars . I'm serious. my company been waiting for 55 days just for installation, I got thousand emails about new dates, I found out that these guys are NO BODY , they use outsource companies such as Verizon .. On a whim I looked online for what other people were saying about MegaPath and came across spieceworks' reviews. I should not have been shocked about the proportion of negative responses, but I still was. It%u2019s a shame that that squeaky wheel always gets the grease %u2013 and the internet has only bolstered that old cultural idiom. I do not typically write any kinds of reviews in general. We signed up with megapath about 8 months ago. Our sales rep was a nice and sharp fellow named Miguel. We got our phones configured and had our entire system fully functioning in a matter of days. Their support team also helped us set up some great features that we rely on now like forwarding missed calls to our cell phones, and being able to send and receive business calls on our cell phone when we were not at our desks. We've been using MegaPath now for 10 years, with no problems. To say that their service is reliable is an understatement. The price has been pretty stable, too. For 10 years, not bad!

I was so proud of myself a few years ago when I switched from AT&T to Megapath and brought my invoices down from $700 to $450 per month. Their installation seemed to go well at first, but a couple of months after installation our outgoing internet stopped working. I discovered the reason was that, even though they had installed all their equipment, I had still been hooked up to AT&T for sending.
