We had the best care in the Emergency Room. Staff was helpful, informative to what was going on, and very caring! Anytime we are the VA we receive excellent care - both medically & supportively.
I just wish there was more I could do for my friend it's really tough seeing him suffer like this and I know it's hard on him and his girlfriend most everyone is very nice it's been a couple issues that time or two but we all get over them may God bless all the people that work there and God bless all the patients keep them safe
My husband has copd. We have gone to the emergency room here close to home, but they just don't have the knowledge to care for him like the docs at the VA. The doctors at the VA care so much more. Dr.Lange is the most caring doctor and jumps on the problem right away. I had to work all week and it helped knowing Ken was safe. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses. You are most appreciated. I just want to give a shout out to the care my husband has gotten since Tuesday night when we had to go to the Emergency room because of an infection he got...It was just from a little cut, no big deal we thought...Not our luck, it had gone septic...back yesterday, and again today..Today they had to do surgery to get rid of the infection...Praying things turn for the better from here on out...Thanks all you have helped him..
There is a definite lack of care, there lack of finding records is the only thing there good at. Iv been in there system for ten plus years iv been in every day for the last week to refill my meds. Meds they say I don't take thanks a lot for nothing wasted my time. I'd ask any vet to do what they can to never go here!!!!!!!
