I have nothing to say but excellant things about the Boise VA!!!!
People are fantastic from nurses to doctors to other staff. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE. Parking is the only reason Boiser VA does not rate a 5 star.
The Boise VA has been nothing but good to me. Very professional, yet personable.
WHEN IS THE NEXT TOWN HALL SO DAVID WOOD CAN ADDRESS THE PARKING SITUATION BY FIRST REVEALING THE LARGE GRASS AREA FRONTING THE HOSPITAL IS NOT SCARED LAND. THERE ARE NO OBSTRUCTIONS TO GROUND LEVEL PARKING MOST IMMEDIATELY AND MOST COST EFFECTIVE ALLOWING SAVINGS TO PROVIDE FOR EXPANSION OF HOSPITAL SPECIALTIES ON THE EXISTING PARKING AREA
Just brought my husband home from an overnight stay do to infection. Was treated well by all. I appreciated the way my husband was cared for, and treated! Shout out to Dr MO. And her team! Nurses Shawna, Becca, Deb and Jerem! You all were Wonderful. And Thank-you to those whose name is can't remember! You all did a wonderful job making not only my husband comfortable, but for putting up with all my questions and making me feel comfortable as well!!
I am so grateful for the great care I get from the Boise VA Medical Center. I have always been treated as a person and not a number.
