Very professional... Great people. Fast service. Great advice. Determined to please in every department.
May 3rd I had a total hip replacement. Dr Yocan and his staff were first class. I couldnt ask for any better in my three day stay and the treatment in physical therapy. I only wish I would have decided to do it sooner.
Great place as a patient and even a better place to work!
I've been using this VA facility in Boise since 1970 and I am very pleased get the best care there is. The only negative I can see is the phone system they have not allowing you to talk to anybody but a call center and they deliver messages I don't like that system at all in which something could be done I do realize there's thousands of calls they have to take every day but it doesn't matter when you want to talk to someone you don't want to talk to a call center
