Best VA ever we love coming we love the staff as well
This is by far one of the best VA hospitals around the nation. I've been to some really crappy ones. Take the VA in Becky West Virginia they could really care less about you. Especially if you used their out reach located in Lewisburg. I couldn't even get into a pain management group. Supposedly they filled out the paperwork and submitted it. It wasn't until i blasted them on a survey that I got any call. By then I was like SCREW Beckley VA and moved back out west where they care for veterans. Well unless you live in a blue ... read more
Haven't been there long enough to make a decision. But say I didn't run into any OEF/OIF/OND Veterans.
I have private insurance and I still go to the VA for nearly all my medical care. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. The only drawbacks are the limited parking and the new phone system
Excellent service for years. Folks there really care about vets. I'm grateful.
I have been coming to the Boise VAMC now for a little over a year now, I'm unable to say anything bad about my care there. Oh maybe something I gripped about when I first started coming here and that is I was really set back on where their parking for vets is located. I'm disabled and unable to walk but for short distances. I know I'm not alone in this complaint, I listen to many complain, "I drove around these buildings many times before I was able to get a spot close."
