3 weeks ago I took my spouse to the ER for excessive pain in her lower back after her fall on the floor. MH ER ultimately put her into a bed room. But, no doctor was able to find the cause of the pain. Then in a few days, this hospital discharged her without transfering to other hospital. The discharge summary used the word "Intractable lower back pain". The next day she was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital Southside with JFRD ambulance. I was in a pedestrian (me) vs car accident and they're response was "oh you burst into tears anytime we move your arm at all? okay here's some tylenol and a sling that doesn't fit you properly have a nice day"

CRMC has recently started an Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program. This is so needed in the community. Finding help for an adolescent in this area is pretty impossible. Every path you go down has stop signs and insurmountable barriers. Until you have a need to venture into this specific area of healthcare, you have no idea how many barriers there are! If I could give this hospital zero stars it would suit them best! If you want to make sure that your family lives or/and be alive when you walk out please don't take them to Westside!!!! They almost killed me and my daughter. Their staff is so negligent, they give her food that she is allergic during her stay in the hospital. To top it off, the foods that she was given to from Westside Staff are foods listed in their system as her allergies. i was admitted for chest pain about 9pm the admitting ER doctor cancelled all of my night medications including an antibiotic and medications that helps me sleep this resulted in a sleepless night. the doctor also put me on clear liquids. By noon the next day no sleep no food i was fed up. i had to demand a doctor see me by 2pm. My consulting cardiologist was clueless what had transpired he immediately ordered a chemical stress test.
