I brought my Dad into the emergency room today. We both were so impressed with the care the staff gave him. From the precautions taken for the virus, providing masks and hand sanitizer. Our wait was not very long and the nurse was exceptional!! I don't know her last name but, Esther was professional, friendly, kind, helpful and went above and beyond what we have experienced in the past. Last week had knee replacement surgery at Parkland Medical. Did not know what to expect as I had never been to this facility. From Pre Surgical Testing to Surgery to care on the floor I can't say enough as to how pleased I am with my care and treatment. Nurses, PT, OT were competent and friendly. Very well run facility. Great job everyone and Thank You

If I could give this hospital zero stars it would suit them best! If you want to make sure that your family lives or/and be alive when you walk out please don't take them to Westside!!!! They almost killed me and my daughter. Their staff is so negligent, they give her food that she is allergic during her stay in the hospital. To top it off, the foods that she was given to from Westside Staff are foods listed in their system as her allergies. I had shoulder surgery at Regional. I was extremely satisfied by the quality of treatment received by the entire staff. I can not express my gratitude enough for the kind and compassionate care from the entire team. Thank you so much❤️
