They actually killed my friends baby, between a doctor who wasn't allowed touching their baby but chose to anyways, awful NICU practices, and very very poor decisions by one physician with ZERO bedside manners or care of a newborn/infant. Please stay the hell away from this hospital at all costs. I'm thankful for patient advocate for having the family's back. so much unnecessary pain and suffering. Recommendedim supposed to have an appointment 40 minutes ago. i made the appointment in office YESTERDAY, updated all of my information, was told the appointment would be virtual and that id receive a call with further instructions 10 minutes before the appointment time. ive not received a call, i dont know what im supposed to do. this already happened on the 13th at 4:15pm, when i was supposed to have a virtual appointment with doctor greggory and i never recieved a call. i just want an appointment.

I'm sure this will be deleted, but this hospital released my dead dad's belongings to someone who is not next of kin or listed as the point of contact, even though I left countless voicemails telling them not to. They have yet to produce any proof that they released his things and their response was "he signed a waiver, not our problem"... and the "patient advocate" they assigned us was literally zero help and could not even get the name of the person they released his things to. and now she is ignoring all contact from us. ... read more
