RecommendedNice and very kind staff that makes you feel welcome. Nurse administering shot eased tension for spouse that don’t like shots. Didn’t know it was over and overall, the experience was GREAT!!
Well we asked to go to a different hospital,even though my brother was Stabilize,still refused.I had to get my daughter on the phone, so she can talk to the operation manager, she’s a nurse and works at the hospitals where l we wanted to be transported ,then finally with going back and forth and the ENT remarks and comments.They finally accepted our transfer. So I will never use them, I will call Acadian Ambulance.
I denied transport , or any treatment service. The EMT on scene literally poured saline water over an open wound and that’s IT . Now I have a bill in the mail for $170 and supposedly there’s “nothing” they can do about it. I will be fighting this , absolutely crooked and disgraceful.
Carol and Derrick are AWESOME. We will use MED EXPRESS AMBULANCE SERVICE from here on out!!! You guys ROCK!!!Thank you for taking care of my grandfather!
A big shout out to Justin Eubanks and his sweet wife for getting Braxton a new Spider-Man blanket because his was taken at the hospital.. The crew on the Spiderman truck was awesome today thanks again to MedExpress for everything that you do for my son I greatly appreciate it so much!

Not only their excellent service, but compassion. I was staying with my sister in a rural town in St. Landry parish after my surgery. She made the call to Med Express to please come take me to Baton Rouge General. Once they got there, there was no hesitation. They waited until I was able to leave the hospital and brought me back. I will forever be grateful. We are now members.
