The MAT has been an Uptown hotspot for over a decade. In 2009, it was bought by Kidd Kraddick Morning Show co-host Big Al Mack. Come hang with Al at The MAT! Great Food. Service was great and very friendly! Had some drinks and an appetizer...can't wait to go back!
Always a great time and friendly staff. The owner gets out there and interacts with the patrons and joins in on Karaoke.
Terrible service and watered down drinks served with a shitty attitude
We had a great time watching midget wrestling. We had an excellent waitress Kandus. She was very attentive and friendly. The buffalo wings were great. We'll be back for sure.

Visited yesterday because I listen to Kidd Kraddock in the morning and wanted to visit Big Al's place. Big Al was there and was super friendly!! (Didn't bother him for a selfie because my friends made fun of me for stalking!). Service was great and we loved the place!
My husband has been a fan for years, he has gotten me and our kids hooked as well. We were so excited to try this place on our visit to Dallas. The food is amazing and the drinks OMG so amazing. We drank, got our grub on and played pool. The Nachos are fantastic!! Then to top it off Al was there an took pictures with us. I mean the smile on my husbands face is priceless. Thank y’all for the great evening we had there. We are returning to Dallas soon but on a weekend so we plan on going back and having some more fun!!!
