Food was fine. But as usual took forever to get food. Only one order in front of me. Took 15 minutes. Meanwhile they concentrate on 7 vehicles in drive thru. Just because they are in drive thru doesn’t mean they should get preferential treatment. Go by when order was placed. Always seems to take too long, no matter how “busy” they are.
Worst place fast food Restaurant made my child and my mothers order at 940pm Didn’t get until 10:10pm and also on top it they Didn’t get order right if going have people make sure there fast and make sure they have order’s right!!!!
I'm thinking the Garlic White Cheddar Burger would be much better if it had White Cheddar Cheese on it. Unfortunately mine did not. Disappointing!

I'm tired of them messing my order up!!! I go there at least 3 times a week!!! And they want $15/hr. Can't get there shit together for minimum wage. You have one job.
Two employees...I use this term lightly, as I wouldn’t want them representing my company, standing outside, near the customer entrance taking a smoke break. Filthy uniforms, hazy smoke surrounding their greasy hair as it hung in their faces; this is not what a customer wants to see as they walk into a restaurant. Quite an unappetizing sight when you imagine these two cooking your food! Gross!
RecommendedStaff was friendly. Food was hot and fresh. It was clean even though they were busy. Not like most McDonald's...
Good restaurant, good location to Renfro Valley KY.
This was my second time at this McDonalds. Took a little longer to get my order than I would’ve liked but the food was fresh. I’d rather wait longer than be given bad food. I give this location a 5/5
