Stopped by this past week. Stood at the counter along with another customer to be waited on. Four employees totally ignorned us. Both of us commented to one another about the poor service/employee attitudes. I walked out, commenting loudly enough for employees to hear. I won't go back. Have heard others complain about poor employee attitudes at this location.

As always this place is slow, and there is always something wrong with my order...like today no dressing and or silverware for my salad that I ordered. I dont even know why I continue to waste my time and money there.
Food was fine. But as usual took forever to get food. Only one order in front of me. Took 15 minutes. Meanwhile they concentrate on 7 vehicles in drive thru. Just because they are in drive thru doesn’t mean they should get preferential treatment. Go by when order was placed. Always seems to take too long, no matter how “busy” they are.
I'm thinking the Garlic White Cheddar Burger would be much better if it had White Cheddar Cheese on it. Unfortunately mine did not. Disappointing!

Love McDonald’s coffee but the drive thru is toooo slow. Dunkin’ Donuts in Denver has it down maybe get some pointers. I can rarely stop here before work because it takes too long.
I went to McDonald's and ordered a $3 triple burger. I saw it was a special on my app. I got this tiny little thing that looked like a regular burger only if I had ordered three $1 burgers I would have gotten three slices of cheese and three buns and three tiny paddies...this was the same price but missing a slice of cheese and two buns for the same price...so how is this a special??? it is a trick. Place is a joke and management does nothing! We'll see what corporate has to say. Maybe a visit or 2 by them would be a good thing.
What a joke. The new kiosk ordering system is awful. While I'm trying to order there are three employees just standing around looking lost. Then I still have to pay at the counter and the kid ignores me. After 20 plus minutes we just left. This place needs new management and to hire people who are not idiots.
