They cannot get a order right. Ordered a triple cheese burger and got 1.5 Pattie on the bun, my boyfriend ordered a mcdouble with cheese and ketchup only and had no cheese... I had to go through the drive thru 4 times in one day a couple of weeks ago just to get a correct drink... Pitiful!!

Will be calling corporate, closing 10 minutes early and given a hard time. 1.8 rating and 3.0 stars on Google for a reason. Needs new ownership
RecommendedReally nice and professional staff and super, super nice manager at this location. On occasion it gets busy because of its location, but the order is quick and correct. I have been here a few times for drinks, and I would come again. Enjoy!!

The McDonald’s on East Main Street in Meriden is horrible. The night shift is so unbelievably rude to their customers and the food is either wrong or cold and sloppy.

very disappointed with the food and lack of customer service. the management is awful, and I was over charged for my meal. since when is a medium sized travis scott meal $12. any time I go through the drive through the food is either cold, the employees are very rude, or they forget to give me my full order. worst mcdonalds around.
Food was hot, fresh french fries but as Im waiting for my curbside pickup. a 18 wheeler pulls into the drive thru entrance completely blocking traffic in and out and makes me move from my spot so he could park to walk in and order. Unbelievable to think that would be an acceptable spot to pull in during a lunch rush. The side street was open and im sure more accommodating for the trucker to enter and exit.
there was some white boy that works there with a “one deep” tattoo on his arm, was so rude and annoying, nobody was at the window to pay so we drove up & hes like “i need money bro” & we said “well there was no one at the window” & he replies “yeah well im here now; what do you expect me to give you the food for free” like learn how to talk to people if y’all are gonna be ghetto and not have someone at the window to pay!
