They never get orders right. Didn't include the asked for apple slices in a happy meal. Last time they forgot a second order of fries and didnt give any napkins. First time they forgot the sauces. I know the employees don't care about their jobs or have any reason to double check an order but it sure would be nice to get the right order sometime. I'll drive the extra mile or two to visit a different mcdonalds in the future. 3 strikes and ya out!
We used the app to order and pick-up food. We were charged twice and had a code which you could not find or verify. The person in drive thru said to go to the window because I couldn’t be heard because I was too far away from the speaker. I know you are busy but today was nuts. I hope We get our money back from the app that did not work but yet was able to charge.
when they have promotional items and you call and ask of they have it and are told yes and you drive there minutes later and are told they haven't had that item for a few weeks

Ordered and sweet tea and at the bottom was like three tablespoons of sugar just sitting here. Nasty, no one wants sugar tea
