There Is Never Any Ice Cream At This location. take it off the menu if you cant have continuous maintenance on your machine. the workers are rude and inattentive.
Stood to long at the counter waiting to order. Gave up and used the kisok. Ordered right after my friend. She got hers in 5 minutes. Not enough people. Focus way to much on the drive through then the customers inside!! Never coming to this one again!!!!

The service is always forever slow and that specific day they were out of ice cream, slushees and hashbrowns.

Stopped by this past week. Stood at the counter along with another customer to be waited on. Four employees totally ignorned us. Both of us commented to one another about the poor service/employee attitudes. I walked out, commenting loudly enough for employees to hear. I won't go back. Have heard others complain about poor employee attitudes at this location.

McDonald's in Mt. Vernon is absolutely awful. We have went to get just drinks every day this week, and everyday they make us pull forward. It should not take 10 minutes for just 2 drinks. #wasteofspace #mcdonalds #itsjustdrinks
NO! No to an animal treatment policy from the 20th century. It's 2018. If you want to keep customers like myself, we want to see animal welfare policies in line with other fast food companies in America.

As always this place is slow, and there is always something wrong with my order...like today no dressing and or silverware for my salad that I ordered. I dont even know why I continue to waste my time and money there.
If they get your order right it's by luck. I never get everything I order. If I do it's wrong, this is the worst McDonald's in the world.
