I came in tonight, September 17, at 6:18 p.m. I had a coupon for a free small order of fries and free medium drink with purchase of any large sandwich. Upon paying for my order, which was to go, I had to ask for the third cup for a drink on my order. The employee, a young brunette woman, put her hand inside the cup and tried to hand it to me. had a very large order. they were so nice and accommodating.
I don’t know why I continue to go to this location. It’s very obvious there’s no leader ship. I’ve never seen such a messy drive-through in my life. Unorganized and you have to drive around to the other side of the Building to wait for somebody to deliver your food. Today the girl opened up the window to take my money she didn’t even say hi she was sliding at flies. And said we have bugs in here and then close the window on me. I would love to know who owns this franchise
Was at this McDonald's Saturday, Sept 7, 2019 and went inside as the drive-thru was so busy. Ordered a double cheeseburger to go - waited, waited and waited. Other people around me were getting their orders. Finally, I asked for a refund of my money. The cashier called the manager over - my money was refunded but no apology, no have a nice day, no comment at all other than counting back my $2 plus change.
September 8th @ 7:45 pm. I ordered a number one, medium with a Dr. Pepper. I waited about 15 minutes to get my food in a half empty drive-thru. The fries weren’t fresh and here’s what my Big Mac looked like. Totally ridiculous! What the hell are they doing in there? I’ve worked fast food before and it’s not that difficult! This location(Waynesboro, Pa) is always backed up in the drive-thru and half the time the food isn’t fresh or the fries are just cold and gross. Get it together!!!

Just went through the drive-through and ordered $40 worth of food did not receive my fries my pancakes or my drinks extremely unhappy and they do not answer the phone when you call them back to correct it service is horrible
I enjoy how you bake the sugar cookies, no other McDonald’s does. They go great with my senior coffee. I guess your patrons want them, and in other markets they don’t. I had a fresh batch tonight that were warm and soft and delicious. Thank you.
