Poor customer service, recommended a service did not tell me price was $400+ until service was completed. They take advantage of customers, awful prices, go somewhere else. Save yourself some money and time!
In 2018, we purchased a jeep wrangler for my daughter. My wife is looking for new vehicle, we reached out to Mike A, ( who was incredible during the 2018 experience). After a few texts, and a lack of response by Mike A. I informed, how important service and responding to customer inquiries was, well, he kinda mailed it in. Called Thursday to make an appointment. was offered 3 different times for Friday. picked 11:30 AM. Dropped the car off at 11:30, truck was scanned and the issue acknowledged. I mentioned how I had tickets for a movie later that afternoon. Asked if I could pick up my truck afterwards. Was told the dealership closes earlier overall on Friday so I asked if I could just pick it up Saturday. Was told yes.
