I bought a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee from this place. Since I bought it, I've had four problems with the transmission, one of them included the transmission breaking completely while I was driving (good thing I wasn't on a highway). Most recently, I brought it in for service since the car said "service shifter". It took 3 weeks for them to see me because they didn't have a loaner car available until then.
