Father in law was disrespected after confronting service department about his Jeep oil plug being loose. It was the second time it happened. Good thing he realized oil leaking on his driveway. He was upset on how they belittled him when he went there to just advise the department of the issue he had twice. I have leased two cars from here as well. Working with the sales department at this dealership is great, but working with service is an absolute nightmare. We have had to drop off my husband's vehicle twice for a check engine light issue. The first time, we dropped off the car around 11am with an appointment scheduled for 1pm. We specifically asked that they call us with updates because of a deductible that we didn't want to pay. The service department is a scam!! I brought my Jeep in for a recall, oil change and check engine light. I have my own scan tool so I knew there was a evap leak in the fuel oil system. I even wrote the code down on the ticket. The service department called me with $1400 worth of repairs for the evap leak and an EGR valve issue. I was skeptical so I had had them button up the Jeep. When I brought to my regular mechanic the check engine light was fixed for less than $200. Be very weary of the service department. They are scam ... read more

Nice selection of cars ... but the thing I most liked was the sales people... they are very down to earth. They seem like they are actually looking out for your best interests when buying. Definitely recommend buying here.
