I have dropped off my vehicle Monday September 21, 2020 at 11:30am appointment. once get there they told me they will call me that day or early next day for update. September 22, 2020 still no phone call. I called and spoken with service advisor at 1:30pm. he said he'll call me at the end of the day and nobody calls me. I called service department at 5:30pm put me on hold for 10 minutes and calls get disconnected.
