I have dropped off my vehicle Monday September 21, 2020 at 11:30am appointment. once get there they told me they will call me that day or early next day for update. September 22, 2020 still no phone call. I called and spoken with service advisor at 1:30pm. he said he'll call me at the end of the day and nobody calls me. I called service department at 5:30pm put me on hold for 10 minutes and calls get disconnected. Service department is wonderful, courteous and listens to all concerns, waiting area is safe and able to socially distance, I pre-purchase my oil changes/tire rotations from them and they inspect everything for me each time--I have been very happy there--2 cars through them!!
